Dear guests,

We are happy to inform you that our Boutique Hotel remains open and we are delighted we may still welcome you!

We took several measurements together with our in-house restaurant BIT Grill & Café in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and employees. We are following the guidelines of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), and we kindly ask you to follow these rules and measurements when visiting our hotel.

On this page, we would like to inform you about the measurements we have taken and the possibilities during your stay. If you have any questions regarding this information, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help!

Both teams will do their utmost to give you an unforgettable stay in the city center of The Hague.

  • Our hotel is open and we may welcome our guests!
  • There are several measurements taken to organize your stay as good as possible.
    For example walking directions and a maximum number of guests in the elevator.
  • We are obliged to ask you a few questions about your health before check-in.
  • We try to avoid physical contact between our guests and employees as much as possible. Where we normally like to welcome you with a warm hand, we will now do so with a smile.
  • Please pay with your debit/credit card as much as possible to avoid risks as much as possible.
  • As a city hotel, we advise all our internal and external guests to wash their hands when coming from outside or when there has been physical contact with others. We also provide a public toilet located in our in indoor restaurant B.I.T Grill & Café.


  • Hygiene is always our main priority. Every day we strive to thoroughly clean all our hotel rooms and general areas down to the smallest details. We will continue to do this in which we carry out extra checks on the cleaning process, so that we can exclude risks as much as possible.
  • For your personal hygiene, our general areas are equipped with desinfection gels.
  • To avoid any contact between our guests and employees, the hotel rooms will be cleaned when our guests are not in the room. We kindly ask our guests to not enter the room in case our staff is present to clean or for maintenance activities.  
  • Our employees are trained to work according to a COVID protocol. They will make sure to clean and desinfect the working places on set times.
  • Our Housekeeping team wears gloves and works with professional cleaning materials and procedures.

Restaurant B.I.T. Grill & Café

  • Due to the given guidelines, our indoor restaurant B.I.T Grill & Café is only open for our hotel guests. Our team likes to welcome you for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We are open all day, but would like to ask you to make a reservation for dinner in advance. Making a reservation is possible until 18:00 on the day of arrival.
  • We are able to welcome a maximum of 30 guests at the same time. If necessary, we will work in shifts so we are able to serve all of our in house guests. Our reception will inform you about these shifts in advance.
  • Because of the given measurements we have decided to not provide our normal breakfast buffet anymore. We will bring a delicious breakfast plateau to your table consisting various freshly made items. Our restaurant staff will remain at your service if you wish to order coffee / tea / eggs. You can always order an extra item of the plateau.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to serve any alcoholic beverages after 20:00. It is possible to place an order upfront at our reception desk which will we bring to your room. It is also possible to order room service for  breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • The restaurant bill will be added to your room bill, so you can pay the open balance during your stay or at your departure.

  • For non-hotel guests it is possible to order a special range of selected dishes, which you can take-away. The dishes will be prepared as a ‘’caterer package’ and only need to be heated. All instructions are included in the package. For more information: Take-away
